DR900 COMBINATION SHELTER, INFLATABLE HEAD, STATIC SIDES

The DR900 combines an inflatable head bag with robust static side frames providing an excellent seal that accommodates a wide range of vehicle sizes, and is cost effective. Once the vehicle has docked, the side curtains create a seal against the vehicle and the head bag is inflated by activating the fan motor.

The head bag is manufactured from 1000d cordura type material which is a hardwearing, woven nylon coated fabric with a high tear resistance. The fan used is normally a three phase centrifugal fan that fully inflates the bag between 10-20 seconds. Once the fan is deactivated the head bag will return to its deflated position behind the storage curtain by a counter balance weight system.

The static shelter side frame is constructed from electro-plated box section and covered in a PVC type material. The curtains are made from heavy duty material with high visibility guide stripes to the side curtains.
